We are able to do minor repairs in our store, located in Northern California. For larger, more complicated repairs we do refer our customers to www.musicalspecialties.com . They have several years of experience repairing music boxes and water globes and we have personally worked with them for the past 10 plus years. We are not responsible, however, for any additional damage incurred during repair. Repaired items are not covered under our standard one-year warranty.

Do you appraise collectible merchandise?
We are unable to provide appraisals for collectible merchandise. There are several appraisals services available. We recommend doing an internet search using the search terms "appraisal service." Another option is to search auction websites for your item or similar collectible merchandise
